• Epsom Salt (Magnesium sulphate) delivers so many benefits: it eases aching muscles, can help with headaches and is very beneficial to the skin. Magnesium sulphate is a crucial mineral involved in over 300 biochemical reactions in the body, including energy production, muscle and nerve function, and blood glucose control
  
• Coconut Milk Powder is renowned for its numerous benefits for the skin: it is an excellent moisturiser, containing high levels of fats which help to lock in moisture, providing deep nourishment and hydration. These natural fats also make coconut milk an effective cleanser, helping to dissolve excess dirt and oils from the skin. Lauric acid naturally found in coconut milk can help with redness and inflammation
  
• Himalayan Pink Salt is mineral-rich and in this milk bath formula it helps with detoxification, relaxation and exfoliation of the skin
  
• Organic Oatmeal (gluten-free) is very moisturising for the skin and soothes irritation and redness. Natural saponins in oatmeal act as cleansing agents in this milk bath formula, gently cleaning without stripping the skin
  
• Sodium Bicarbonate has skin-soothing properties, provides relief from itching due to bites or allergies, it cleanses and helps to unclog pores and is PH-balancing for the skin
  
• Kaolin Clay is rich in minerals and is renowned for its cleansing and detoxing qualities in skincare
